TouchLauncher provides a large possibility to customize itself to suit your tastes: modify every application icon using an iconset, select a wallpaper, change the font size, disable the text and leave just the icons, hide the bottom toolbar to give you more room! *
Operate in a natural way:
To switch among screens of icons, just take an empty space on the screen with your finger and drag it out. The next screen appears!
Rearrange and move:
Use your finger or the stylus to tap and drag an icon. Place it to the spot you want it to reside and it will stay there or drop it on the Left and Right icons to move the icon to the next or previous page. Drag the icon to the Trash Bin to remove the application or the icon itself. To share the app with a friend, just drag it to the Send icon, to rename an app or change it's icon - drag it to the Category Icon (the one near the 2 arrows)
Get info on the application by dragging it to the Info icon. Simple, yet effective!
Life's not static!
TouchLauncher follows that rule by giving you all the changing information right on the main screen: the top bar has Signal Strength, Speaker and Battery Status icons, Carrier name, and also the current time display. Tap the battery icon to see the exact percentage. A Dynamic Calendar Icon shows the current day of the week and the date so that you are always on track and the Messaging icon displays the number of unread messages!
See in person:
Add Contact Links to TouchLauncher and photos of your friends will appear on the main screen. Tap a person's icon to view his contact info in TouchBook or make a quick call! **
Being organized is easy!
Press the Spacebar on your smartphone keyboard to quickly switch among categories in TouchLauncher. Press Menu->Y to categorize all your applications. Press Menu->M to access the Manage screen, where you can add new icons, sort them and remove unwanted. Pressing Menu->L or the Lock icon will lock the application icons so they cannot be accidently moved around the screen.
The Web is closer!
Add a link to your favorite webpage in TouchLauncher and tap on it - the page is immediately loaded in the Web Browser!
